The training course will be held from November 29, 2021 to December 2, 2021.
The course is implemented by DGS Berlin (German Solar Energy Society Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Association) together with eclareon GmbH and ideas into energy GmbH, as well as the National Research University of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute and the guest associate Professor of the MEI, Dr. Alexander Kiryukhin.
In addition, the project partners are NP "EUROSOLAR Russia", UDPO "Energy Institute for Advanced Training of PJSC "Rosseti Kuban", L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University, as well as the Kazakh-German University (DKU).
The purpose of the educational project "Solar Installer" is to conduct training courses for instructors (training type "training of trainers" on planning and installing small solar grid power plants from the segment of renewable energy microgeneration throughout Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, so that these instructors can then independently conduct a qualification course lasting several days, designed for working installation companies, design bureaus and technical specialists of the energy industry at universities and institutes of advanced training in Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The structure of the training and much of the content of the training materials are taken from more than 15 years of experience in conducting such trainings by DGS Berlin in Germany. The DGS Berlin training material is adapted to the conditions of the three countries.
10-20 future trainers from Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will take part in the lecture courses. Representatives of our solar universities are trained as trainers in the theory and planning of photovoltaic systems, and experienced installers of solar systems from three countries are trained as trainers in the practice of installation. Later, the trainers will transfer their knowledge to numerous installation companies, design bureaus and technical specialists in their regions as a team of lecturers. At the end of the training, instructors will pass an exam and, in case of successful completion, will receive a certificate and the right to further free use of high-quality educational material for their training courses.
University teachers who have been trained will also be able to use educational materials to familiarize their students with the topic of solar energy in the amount of 40 hours. In addition, cooperation will also be established with the teachers of the "Solar Colleges" so that they can also undergo such training and use training materials.
The documents in Russian will be prepared by DGS Berlin, Dr. Alexander Kiryukhin from MEI and the Russian company NSiA (construction and operation of solar power plants) with the support of eclareon GmbH.
