On October 13, within the framework of the forum "Russian Energy Week 2022", Chairman of the Board of NP "Eurosolar Russia" Georgy Kekelidze took part in the session "Technological Sovereignty: Cooperation of science, business and the state".
Concept:
Ensuring technological sovereignty in the fuel and energy sectors directly depends on effective cooperation between the state, science and business for the development and implementation of new technological solutions and personnel training. In order to consolidate interdisciplinary knowledge, experience and material and technical base for the purpose of scientific and educational development of enterprises of the fuel and energy industries in 2022, the Russian Energy Agency of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, with the participation of leading universities of the country, created the scientific and educational consortium "Energy of the Future". How to create engineering teams that are able to create sustainable complex systems that work long-term and based on deep fundamental knowledge, with a high level of stakes and risk and aiming for a bright future? How to build a system of rapid response to new technological challenges and the formation of a list of scientific and technological priorities in the fuel and energy sectors? What are the conditions for integrating business, science and education in order to achieve technological sovereignty? How to start collecting cooperative chains, technology stacks, taking into account industry specifics and forming pockets of "technological awareness"?
