The conference is organized by the Russian Association of Energy Service Companies RAESCO, the company "System Consulting" and the magazine "Regional Energy and Energy Saving". The Conference was attended by over 200 experts from more than 20 regions of Russia, as well as CIS and European countries.
The Conference was opened by the Plenary session: "State policy and regional programs for the development of energy saving and energy efficiency of the Russian economy". The session was moderated by Vitaly V. Kovalchuk, a research assistant at the Department of Industry and Infrastructure of the Government of the Russian Federation, and Dmitry Yuryevich Khomchenko, an expert at the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation.
